Victory Thought: 50 Years Later We Can Still Learn From Dr. King

On this 50th Anniversary of Dr. King‘s “I Have A Dream” speech, we learned from him “that until we get over our fear of death and our love of money, we’ll never truly be free.”

Doesn’t that resonate?

And “if we don’t find something worth dying for, then we aren’t fit to live anyway.” Powerful!

Moving forward into another 50 years, we can either make progress or excuses. But we can’t do both.

There will always be a million reasons to quit. There will always be a test thrown at us on our journey to greatness.

But those who really want something make it happen!

We learn that from Dr. King.┬áBut those who don’t, make excuses.

Stop excusing yourself. Stay focused on the task at hand and moving in the right direction is the best way to make progress.
