Dr. Lynette Wilson-Phillips is originally from Charleston, South Carolina. Dr. Wilson-Phillips earned her Medical Degree at the Medical University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Charleston. She completed her residency at the Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Wilson-Phillips is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of many professional and community organizations.

collier Hip Hop Doc Week 2013 Continues With Dr. Wilson Phillips & Dr. Collier!

Dr. Collier is the Medical Director of Atlanta West Primary Care Associates located in Lithia Springs, GA.  Dr. Collier has academic appointments at Morehouse School of Medicine, St. Christopher’s School of Medicine and Emory School of Medicine.  He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his residency training in Family  Medicine  at the Morehouse School of Medicine. He served his final year as Chief Resident in the department of Family Medicine. Dr. Collier became a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice in 2002.

Dr. Collier is currently President of the Georgia State Medical Association.  He has served as President of the Atlanta Medical Association and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.  He has been honored with the Young Physician of the Year and the Physician of the Year award from the Atlanta Medical Association. He also received the organizations highest award the “ Calvin W. Mclarin Award.“

Dr. Collier has primary interest in treating Cardiovascular disease with emphasis on Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia and Type II Diabetes.

Dr. Collier is the host and producer of the “Your Health is Important” Radio talk show that airs at 12:30pm on Wednesdays. 1480 WYZE in Atlanta.  Dr. Collier serves as the Medical commentator on Radio One stations including 107.9 FM and CBS radio stations including Atlanta’s number one rated, WVEE V-103 FM.

In 1997 Dr. Collier was appointed as he Chief Ring Physician for boxing in the state of Georgia and serves Ring side at all professional boxing and Ultimate fighting events in the state.

Atlanta West Primary Care is a Family Medical practice that provides medical care to men, women and children. Dr. Collier also provides Sports Medicine and Occupational Medicine Health services.
