Michael Vick’s days in Philadelphia appear to be over. Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports the Eagles will not bring back Vick, according to league and team sources. The Eagles will instead go in a different direction for their backup quarterback spot behind starter Nick Foles. Vick threw for just 1,215 yards with five touchdowns and three interceptions in seven games last season, his fifth with the Eagles. He lost the starting job to Foles after an injury.
The 33-year-old has thrown for over 21-thousand-yards with 128 TD’s and 85 picks over his 11-year NFL career. He’s also ran for 5,857 yards and 36 scores in 128 career games.
