The Atlanta branch of the NAACP held its 2014 Jondelle Johnson Freedom Fund Dinner on Saturday, September 20, at the Georgia World Congress Center in downtown Atlanta.

Mrs. America 2014, Austen Williams, served as Host for the program. The 2014 honorees were former Atlanta Hawks star Dominique Wilkins, retired local television news anchor Amanda Davis, local news anchor Brenda Woods, Atlanta Falcon Chuck Smith, Rev. Dr. David Kenney, Sr., and Fulton County Sheriff Ted Jackson. CBS Radio Atlanta (V-103 and WAOK) was named the 2014 Partner of the Year.

Rev. Dr. R.L. White is President of the Atlanta NAACP. Mary Ross is the Interim Executive Director.
