Its 2015 and sure that eating healthy and loosing weight is the top of your resolutions list. Here are three ways to boost your metabolism and start shedding those calories.

Make sure you have breakfast every morning. You need a little something to jump start that metabolism. Your body has energy it needs to run properly to get you through the day.

Snacking is very important. Don’t let (3) to (4) hours before snacking or nibbling. The longer you wait in between meals decreases your metabolic rate. Make your snacks consist of proteins and whole food carbs to maintain your daily calorie intake.

Pile on the protein. Eat foods that are low in saturated fat. Tofu, beans, lean red meats, chicken and fish are a great start.

So lets boost that metabolism, start exercising and shedding that weight. its the new you in 2015.
