A stroke of the pen will be the final step as Georgia is about to get a medical marijuana law. Governor Nathan Deal’s office says that he will sign the bill tomorrow. It allows patients with 8 ailments to bring in cannabis oil from other states without prosecution.

Georgia State Representative Allen Peake has worked on the bill for two years. I spoke to Representative Peake following final passage of the bill.
