In what’s being billed as 2Pac’s Social Media Art Exhibit, the estate of Tupac Shakur is sponsoring a fan art show to be displayed on Instagram and Twitter.
The announcement was teased Sunday (Aug. 23) via 2Pac’s Facebook page, with a message that showed an image of Tupac and a message “Expect me.”

On Tuesday (Aug. 25) the announcement was posted, with instructions for artists to submit their art on Instagram and Twitter with the hashtags 2PacArt #RIP2Pac:
Tupac’s message continues to inspire people worldwide by revealing truth through fearless self-expression and encouraging others to do the same. On September 13, 2015, 20 original pieces from 20 artists will be selected to bring this first-of-its-kind exhibit to life. More to come…#2PacArt #RIP2Pac
The exhibit is to take place on Sept. 13, the date of Tupac’s death 19 years ago.
