In today’s Ryan Report:
- Wanda Smith ran down her G, B & U first, giving Taylor Swift‘s album of the year acceptance speech/thinly-veiled slap back at Kanye West her highest honor from last night’s GRAMMY Awards. Stevie Wonder‘s ensemble, on the other hand, didn’t escape unscathed.
- “I don’t even know how you saw Stevie Wonder’s outfit,” Ryan began. “It WAS camouflage.” From there, he quickly traversed to higher ground, giving Lady Gaga‘s tribute to David Bowie and Kendrick Lamar’s performance his “good,” The Hollywood Vampires a “bad” (so bad “I wanted to put a stake through their heart!) And, a-hem, he and Wanda were in accord on the “ugly.”
- Lastly, things turned from ugly to sad as Ryan remembered “my first, first real crush” – Denise Katrina Matthews – better known to ’80s music fans as Vanity of Vanity 6.
