   DeKalb County (WVEE)-  DeKalb police a calling it senseless.   A man  was gunned down  over a parking spot at a DeKalb county convenience store Monday night.
The shooting happened Monday night at a Chevron gas station on Flat Shoals Road in DeKalb County.
According to a store employee, the shooter was moving from a pump and trying to back into a parking space, when the disagreement over the spot began. Investigators said the the suspect followed the victim into the store and shot him.
The victim has been identified as 38 year old Timothy Hill. Hill was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital  where he died from a gunshot wound.
Family members say Hill was a father of three and was with his brother when he was shot.
 Cops are on the lookout for the suspect they say fled the scene in a black sedan.  Surveillance video could provide police with clues as to the suspect’s identity.
