Update: 8/17 2:17pm It appears Black’s release has been delayed after the discovery of two outstanding warrants. See the tweet below for details.

Rapper Kodak Black will be released from prison, according to new reports from the WPLG and the South Florida Sun Sentinel.

Derek Shore of WPLG tweets “Rapper #KodakBlack pleads no contest to multiple charges against him as they enter into a plea agreement. Members of @AtlanticRecords executive team plead for judge to defer adjudication for #KodakBlack so he can travel and tour. Prosecutor says victims involved in #KodakBlack want to see the rapper get another chance. Judge accepts #KodakBlack plea deal and withholds adjudication, which will make it easier for the rapper to travel worldwide. #KodakBlack will perform community service, anger management training and community control supervision.”

Brett Clarkson of the Sun Sentinel provided additional details on potential timing, tweeting “#KodakBlack will be released when the jail releases him. Could be today or tomorrow. #Kodak just asked the judge. Judge reminds #KodakBlack that if makes a mistake again, he’s looking at 55 years in prison. What happens from here on out is up to you.”

Black had been incarcerated and faced multiple changes including possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana and fleeing police according to an earlier report by the Sentinel.
