“She’s the crazy girl that you’ve probably seen”. That’s how actor Maurice Johnson describes actress Jaz Sinclair, a newcomer cast as a surrogate mother for the couple portrayed by actors Morris Chestnut and Regina Hall in the Screen Gems’ movie “When the Bough Breaks”. It opens in theaters today. Johnson calls Sinclair “amazing”, adding “she steals the show and you definitely will know her after this.”
Johnson, who’s also in the movie, plays a security guard. He says of working with his childhood idol Morris Chestnut, “seeing him, not only acting in, but also executive producing his own films, is something that I aspire to do, so it was just a privilege working with him.” Johnson has a number of other projects on the way, including “Billionaire Boys Club”, expected to be released this fall.
