In the previously released opening track “We Will Not” he raps, “We will not stand here in silence while they take the lives of our brothers and sisters…/We will not turn a blind eye to the murder.”

Us or Else also features the previously released “War Zone” along with “Blackman,” “Switchin Lanes,” “40 Acres” and “I Swear.”

The rapper said he wrote the follow-up to his 2015 EP Da ‘Nic as a reaction to “the repeated deaths of unarmed black citizens at the hands of police.”

The EP features guest spots from Killer Mike (on “40 Acres”) and Meek Mill (on “Blackman”).

T.I. is currently working on his tenth studio album The Dime Trap, but there is currently no release date for the project.
