Is there really anything better than that sizzling hot plate of fajitas coming right at you at your favorite restaurant?  Well, yeah, actually!  Make these at home for a low cost but decadent dinner for the fam!  Go to to find your nearest store and check out what’s on sale…and remember…eat better and spend less at Wayfield Foods!


    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • One pack of Shrimp
    • 2 lobster tails (can be small)
    • 1 lime (will juice)
    • 3 garlic cloves minced
    • 3 bell peppers (red, green, orange) thinly sliced
    • 1 small onion thinly sliced
    • 1 packet fajita seasoning
    • 6 fajita sized tortillas
    • For Garnish – sour cream, shredded chedder cheese, salsa, fresh cilantro


  • Mince garlic cloves
  • Roughly slice onions and peppers
  • Drizzle and coat vegetables with olive oil
  • Drizzle and coat seafood with olive oil
  • Top seafood with garlic and fajita seasoning
  • Cover seafood with peppers and onions on an aluminum foil wrapped baking sheet
  • Drizzle with lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
  • Carefully remove shrimp tails and lobster from shell
  • Top with sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa, fresh cilantro
