Tonight Greg Street had some record-breaking track stars in the building! Stone Mountain Boys Track Team was in the building! These four young men were the talk of the town after the Georgia Olympics. They broke a 28-year-old record set by Gordon High School (later name Walker High School, now known as McNair High School). In 1984 the record was set for the 4 by 4 and last weekend Stone Mountain High School broke that record with a time of 3 minutes and 15 seconds.

All week long Greg Street is giving you “Inspirational Hip-Hop Songs” in dedication of his 2nd Annual “We Need to Read” which took place this weekend. Greg Street hosted his 2nd Annual We Need To Read at MLK High School this past weekend! The teams of 1 senior 4 underclassmen stayed at the school’s library overnight and read for the chance to win $5,000 for the senior and $1,000 for each underclassman, not to mention $1,000 for the school! That’s a total of $10,000 that Greg Street is giving away and the winning team will be announced on Wednesday!

“I Have A Dream” of Atlanta stopped by the Greg Street Show and brought along some of their scholarship recipients. The dream is that 100% of the dreamers will graduate from high school with a plan, prepared for post-secondary education and with tuition assistance. In the A.D. Williams Chapter, put together by Ebenezer Baptist Church, there are 25 students so far who are following through. But the program needs you!
