Days before the release of the TV show-turned-movie, Ramona DeBreaux talked to legendary rapper-turned-movie star Ice Cube about his latest project, “21 Jump Street.”
Ice Cube: “I never dreamed of being on screen. I was a fan. When John Singleton approached me for “Boyz n the Hood” I was like ‘Dude, why you want me? I don’t act.’ It was just something he saw in me. He knew I could do it and I am very thankful for it.”
