I am expressing my absolute disgust with this “HOME AFFORDABLE PROGRAM”. Quite frankly it is not affordable and it is not working.
I would like for someone to explain to me, a realtor and housing counselor, why as a result of this so called program so many homeowners are in danger of losing their homes. Homeowners having gone to their servicer for assistance in home modification are put on this “trial period” to pay an affordable amount monthly and at the end of six months or more they are required to pay a lump sum of several thousand dollars which represents the accumulated amount of their unpaid mortgage payment over that period.
Every day I receive several calls from crying homeowners, who are in fear of losing their home. Whomever came up with this idea needs to be visited with the reality it has caused. Once again this is NOT an affordable program and it is most definitely not working, certainly not for the folks who need help.
This program should be called the “Obama Home Destruction Program”, as that is what it really is, not HOME AFFORDABLE PROGRAM. These desperate people are drowning
and reaching out for help they can get and instead their situation is made worst, losing their home and all. This is not saving peoples’ homes. The lenders are taking people’s homes and putting them and their families out on the streets. As for Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Chase they should be locked down and fined for what they are doing. They are setting homeowners up to fail

I’ve been listening to V103 since I can remember and I have for the most part enjoyed it. However, I am truly disturbed that you all have chosen to play the version of Cee Lo’s song when there is an alternative version that doesn’t allude to the prominent curse word that he uses. Please start playing the other version that seems to get airtime on other radio stations so that when I am in the car with my youngest nephew, 9, and my godson, 6, we can enjoy the song and sing along instead of me having to turn the station.

I have had friends who when you first meet them you can tell they are going through it then as time go by it get better and better bit by bit.All it is is having patience if it is someone you are 4 interested in.Not all that fighting and dottin women eyes(i would like to give a shout out to all the men who respected me enough not to put your hands on me it would have been a shoot out).Some wonder why are you so laid back i already did the arguing and fighting with the daddys of my daughters.We have been on a non agruing program since 2004.Communication is the key.Why stress about nothing why pray if i already said i leave it all in the Lords hands the one who knows what is going on when you do not in the background.Why pray if i am going to worry i feel like my prayers would be useless if i was to pray and then worry.So my mind goes a different route when it comes to prayer.Like some feel like well if you pray and all your prayers have been answered when it comes to others life they have prospered what is going on.Patience and revelation.Even my daughters recieve revelation and we sit down and talk about it.Some may be warnings some may bee the future.The father knows what he is doing he takes care of me and my daughters i got a roof over my head,bills paid, oh and we are going to eat believe that so i do not complain while my father is at work.I thank Jesus for being employed since last year things could be worst it’s not though.So i laugh when the enemy wish death on me and not thier own sinful selves.So i do what i am suppose to ignore them.Much love to everyone!Have a beautiful day!

Good morning Larry, I was listening to your show on yesterday and between the hour of 8:00am and 8:30am you played a song that really touched my heart. I have been going through some things with my son, and in this song it told the story about a mother whose son was about to leave home and all I can remember is This lady singing (Oh Lord, Oh Lord take care of my child, keep your arms around him etc. etc, The son would answer (Mama, Mama don’t worry about me Etc. FYI..you must listen to Good Morning America phone interview with Robin Roberts and Celine Dion! I don’t feel Celine should have said the things she said. She said something on the lines of, That’s what drugs will do to you. You need them to go to sleep, to wake-up, ect. She also talked about bad hanging around the wrong people, BAD INFUENCES. She said that’s why she doesnt hang out in clubs. She goes to work, have fun and comes home to her family. She has strong family support. Robin’s face was showing her disappointment. I’m sure she did not like this interview and she stated, ” Whintey has a stong family behind her”.

Dear Sirs:
I am expressing my absolute disgust with this “HOME AFFORDABLE PROGRAM”. Quite frankly it is not affordable and it is not working.
I would like for someone to explain to me, a realtor and housing counselor, why as a result of this so called program so many homeowners are in danger of losing their homes. Homeowners having gone to their servicer for assistance in home modification are put on this “trial period” to pay an affordable amount monthly and at the end of six months or more they are required to pay a lump sum of several thousand dollars which represents the accumulated amount of their unpaid mortgage payment over that period.
Every day I receive several calls from crying homeowners, who are in fear of losing their home. Whomever came up with this idea needs to be visited with the reality it has caused. Once again this is NOT an affordable program and it is most definitely not working, certainly not for the folks who need help.
This program should be called the “Obama Home Destruction Program”, as that is what it really is, not HOME AFFORDABLE PROGRAM. These desperate people are drowning
and reaching out for help they can get and instead their situation is made worst, losing their home and all. This is not saving peoples’ homes. The lenders are taking people’s homes and putting them and their families out on the streets. As for Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Chase they should be locked down and fined for what they are doing. They are setting homeowners up to fail
I would like to get an interview to talk about this mess and how it has impacted people’s lives. .

I’ve been listening to V103 since I can remember and I have for the most part enjoyed it. However, I am truly disturbed that you all have chosen to play the version of Cee Lo’s song when there is an alternative version that doesn’t allude to the prominent curse word that he uses. Please start playing the other version that seems to get airtime on other radio stations so that when I am in the car with my youngest nephew, 9, and my godson, 6, we can enjoy the song and sing along instead of me having to turn the station.

Nothing against us lady’s.What Frank Ski said is true.Sometimes when women get together and it may be a get together where it is men and women or on the job.Some get in huddles and go to gossiping about what they heard.We are at work we do not care what you heard it is production time.All that can be left for when you get off work to me.Then i have been in situations and we are having gathers and some get in huddles meanwhile i sit back cool kicking it and laughing with the fellows. There may be a card game going on or dominoes you never know.I learn most of the ones in those huddles lieing cannot say a thing.Kicking with the fellows alot of things are revealed i am even smart enough to know some of them are lies i just do not feed into it deep vs the some women.The fellows keep you laughing to. Every once and a while you catch a couple of cool ladies out the bunch who do not do thier time gossiping about what whoever said this, that, or the other.Like Tammy said from basketball wives to sum it up we all got some issues or have had some now lets enjoy vacation.I like to laugh and enjoy myself when i am amongst people not talk about everybody and they mama and cousins.Lady is just not gonna do her time like that period point blank.That is why i socialize with intelligent people that know what is going on in the world today. Regardless if they are up or down they always keep pushing on.I know before they even say that they thank the Lord daily and stay prayed up.I know his servants when i see them and conversate with them.PROSPER IS WHAT IT IS GOING TO BE.You see how the Lord has provided even through the hard times. I feel like it can go both ways the been there done that theory can go for both parties.You may kick with a man whos past consisted of two or three women at the same time doing things you did not do you may have not been innocent you just did not roll that way.So if he has explored all of this been with all these women then a woman can ask the same question what is it i can do for you you have done everything.Just like with a woman who have experience different things like ok she have recieved gifts, she have recieved money, shes been out on dates what can i as a man do for her.It is still things that can be explored in the relationship the dating, later the gifts, mainly building a foundation together if it gets to that point.That’s why it is good to be friends first so if you all decide to walk away it won’t hurt.As far as money i feel a woman should not depend on a man now if there is responsibilities and he is fulfilling them then she should have no complaints unless she is a unappreciative lady.All that have your hands out everyday asking for this nagging for that is obserb.Next thing you know you get to dependent on the things he do not have to do and if he want to be ghost you stuck.Not stuck with money saved stuck looking like bo bo the fool cause you did not save when it was someone there to do thier part.I am glad i have kicked it with the fellows been around all their different personalities really i stay laughing when i kick it with them.I am also glad that my friends take care of thier kids yeah it can get dramatic still they pull through so i look at all that. I do not judge this man or brag on this one vs that one cause they all got flaws.This one may be short he has been on his job 17 years and saves,this one may be tall he still through it all somehow try to keep everything together. I have had friends who when you first meet them you can tell they are going through it then as time go by it get better and better bit by bit.All it is is having patience if it is someone you are 4 interested in.Not all that fighting and dottin women eyes(i would like to give a shout out to all the men who respected me enough not to put your hands on me it would have been a shoot out).Some wonder why are you so laid back i already did the arguing and fighting with the daddys of my daughters.We have been on a non agruing program since 2004.Communication is the key.Why stress about nothing why pray if i already said i leave it all in the Lords hands the one who knows what is going on when you do not in the background.Why pray if i am going to worry i feel like my prayers would be useless if i was to pray and then worry.So my mind goes a different route when it comes to prayer.Like some feel like well if you pray and all your prayers have been answered when it comes to others life they have prospered what is going on.Patience and revelation.Even my daughters recieve revelation and we sit down and talk about it.Some may be warnings some may bee the future.The father knows what he is doing he takes care of me and my daughters i got a roof over my head,bills paid, oh and we are going to eat believe that so i do not complain while my father is at work.I thank Jesus for being employed since last year things could be worst it’s not though.So i laugh when the enemy wish death on me and not thier own sinful selves.So i do what i am suppose to ignore them.Much love to everyone!Have a beautiful day!

I would like to give a shout out to my all the students that recieved awards.My oldest daughter recieved captain of colorguard award and A and B honor roll award my youngest daughter recieved Chorus Achievement Award and The Saoring Eagle Award in Language Arts and Social Studies.Keep up the good work.I guess i will go to the club.How you know.SIKE/EYEBALL.I am going into my place of work and get these 12 hours in.Work first.I go to the club once a year if that probably cause i go it out my system a long time ago i could not see myself at 36 years of age talkin about let’s hit the club wed. and fri. or sat.Before my daughters it was Wed.Lamppost and fri or sat Legend now called the Ritz.We went there so many for so long we were there when it changed names and everything.Now when we are able it is vacation that is what me and my daughters do.That is what interest me more than clubs.Traveling. Good morning Larry, I was listening to your show on yesterday and between the hour of 8:00am and 8:30am you played a song that really touched my heart. I have been going through some things with my son, and in this song it told the story about a mother whose son was about to leave home and all I can remember is This lady singing (Oh Lord, Oh Lord take care of my child, keep your arms around him etc. etc, The son would answer (Mama, Mama don’t worry about me Etc. Etc.) I was driving but had to stop the car and give in to this song. I did not catch who it was but I thought you said the name of the song was Mama I hope you can tell me this information. This song was played between the hours of 8:00am and 8:30am.

If you read deeper it says that Solomon had wives not only where his palace was. He started marrying different wives all over different lands that worshipped idols and God forbidden him to do that but he did unlike his father David who worship the God of Abraham.Still God used him in a good way. Now I see why God been saying the whole time come to me trust in me not the politicians that is basically what the message is in Kings. Look at the lies being told. So no we will not come out of this downfall until everybody come together as one. I am not perfect I will read my bible that is one thing the enemy cannot take away. Quite a few people have inquired about this song and have not gotten a reply. I have been trying to find out who sings this song for about 2 months now and nothing. This song does not ever show up on your playlist!!

FYI..you must listen to Good Morning America phone interview with Robin Roberts and Celine Dion! I don’t feel Celine should have said the things she said. She said something on the lines of, That’s what drugs will do to you. You need them to go to sleep, to wake-up, ect. She also talked about bad hanging around the wrong people, BAD INFUENCES. She said that’s why she doesnt hang out in clubs. She goes to work, have fun and comes home to her family. She has strong family support. Robin’s face was showing her disappointment. I’m sure she did not like this interview and she stated, ” Whintey has a stong family behind her”.

Congrats to Khalil and Kaylen for coming in 1st place in The Science Olympiad. They stayed after school with others and practiced. Hard work paid off. She said mom can I do basketball I said yes you can do basketball next year and when you get up in grade when they have The Science Clubs you can be in that to. You are improving and I am proud of you keep up the good work. That one is a mess her Grandma Linda asked her what she want she said a stand to put her awards on. She got some softball awards to. Congrats to my oldest and youngest daughters. You did great in your solo at church Nija.
