Suggests filling in Confederate carving with plaster and cement

When I first wrote (July 13, 2015) about NAACP Atlanta President Richard Rose wanting the generals sandblasted from Stone Mountain,

it was met with much protest, including claims that the price tag to do so would be too high.

Now, Rose has an idea, which he says is far less costly, and would restore the Mountain to its natural beauty.
